There are only four durations that are tested, and that this software supports.
10 minutes - These are
primarily intended as test sessions. You should begin using Shakti with these sessions, especially if you decide
to do sessions over only one side of the brain. If you are extraordinarily sensitive, you'll know about it during
or after one of these sessions.
20 minutes - the shortest sessions done in published studies.
30 minutes - These
are primarily intended for series of sessions and are not likely to elicit dramatic phenomena. Please familiarize
yourself with the safety notes for each schedule for series of sessions.
60 minutes - These are
not intended to be done more often than once every three weeks.
Longer sessions are not advised.
