SAFETY and CREDENTIALS
Shakti has emerged as a safe technology when used according to instructions. There have been many studies about this class of technology, including both human and rat studies. One peer-reviewed study reported that rats have been exposed to this kind of signal throuout their entire pre-natal development without ill-effects. Another found the human subjects reporting no ill-effects.
