This session, like all "God Helmet Technology" sessions, stimulates the temporal lobe with two signals, presented one after the other.

In the first phase, a "Chirp" signal is applied to both temporal lobes, and in the second phase the signal taken from the hippocampus is applied to the right temporal lobe.

The 'chirp' signal is used to activate the temporal lobes overall, and the hippocampal signal is used to direct the activity into the hippocampus on the right, a structure with positive non-verbal cognitive functions.

The second phase of the session is where the intended effects should appear.

These include (but are not limited to), inner silence, deep calm, inner images, and possibly a sense of spaciousness.

If you experience anxiety or fear during or after the second phase of this session, do not use it again. This will suggest that the right hippocampus is unusually connected to the amygdala on the right, a structure specialized for fear and anxiety.

Although the two signals have been used with Shakti, their combination in Shiva neural technology is new, and should be considered experimental. If you are not comfortable with experimental sessions, do not use this one.

If you are prone to anxiety, do not begin with this session.
